Job Description
Drake International Philippines, a renowned chain of dental clinics in Makati, is currently seeking an Office Associate (Customer Care Associate) for our Head Office to join our expanding team immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our patients.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while organizing clinic schedules.
- Maintain a professional manner in all customer interactions.
Main Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Outgoing and customer-oriented personality.
