Job Description
AJR HR Solutions is continuously seeking passionate candidates to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with our products and services.
- Utilize settlement and influencing skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share relevant information with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience.
- High School/College graduate.
- Good to above-average communication skills.
- Available to work onsite with flexible schedules.
Salary: Php24,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
