Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare standard reports to monitor workload, response time, and input quality.
- Resolve telephone messages and provide information to users.
- Inspect mail, fax, and email to deliver client services.
- Operate computers to respond to consumer inquiries.
- Communicate with consumers via phone or written communication to solve problems.
