Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, is hiring a Customer Sales Agent. In this role, you will assist guests with reservations, provide accurate information about hotel services and rates, introduce promotions, and ensure guest satisfaction.
