Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact customers for maintenance appointments and service promotions.
• Handle incoming service appointment calls.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and update their information.
• Conduct follow-up calls after service delivery and vehicle sales.
• Document and coordinate customer concerns with relevant departments.
• Manage customer amenities for comfort during their visit.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Knowledge of office procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
