AVS is seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to effectively handle customer concerns and support the CEO as an Executive Assistant. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for balancing customer service with executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate coupon codes for missing food items.
- Submit refund requests after order verification.
- Communicate customer feedback to leadership.
- Manage calendar, events, and emails for Owner Operator.
- Organize meetings and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: 1 year of executive assistance and 2 years in customer service preferred.
