Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relations Assistant to join our team in Makati. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, responding promptly to inquiries via various channels including our website, mobile, and social media.
Responsibilities include keeping records of customer interactions, providing feedback on service efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
