Job Description
BeachBox Vacation Rentals is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to enhance our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in both independent and team settings, showcasing de-escalation skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide outstanding customer service
✔ List properties on various platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
✔ Data entry and interpretation
✔ Communicate effectively with guests and team members
✔ Upsell additional products to guests
✔ Respond promptly to guest inquiries
✔ Develop in-depth knowledge of our properties
✔ Handle special projects as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php40,00.00 per month
