Job Description

Probe CX is seeking passionate individuals to fill the role of Customer Experience Executive. Minimum qualifications include:

  • Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills
  • Proficiency in MS products, Google tools, and call center software

Preferred: Experience in financial technology/banking and 6 months of voice support.
