Position: Customer Experience Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be at least a high school graduate, with a minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or quality analysis. Exposure to BPO and previous roles as a Customer Service Representative or Quality Analyst is preferred.

The primary duty involves responding to customer inquiries regarding account maintenance, payment schedules, and refunds. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential. Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a customer-centric attitude under pressure.
