Job Description
We seek a Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring consistently positive customer experiences.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and process orders promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet established service KPIs.
- Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
