Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Process Associate. In this vital role, you will resolve customer inquiries digitally with a focus on professionalism and integrity, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving retention.

Required Experience:

  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in an international contact center
  • Strong technical knowledge, proficient troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Previous experience in digital or call center environments is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, listening, and comprehension abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing requests
