Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Process Associate. In this vital role, you will resolve customer inquiries digitally with a focus on professionalism and integrity, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving retention.
Required Experience:
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
- At least 1.5 years of experience in an international contact center
- Strong technical knowledge, proficient troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Previous experience in digital or call center environments is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, listening, and comprehension abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing requests
