Job Description
ISCALE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to act as the liaison between clients and MSH. Supervised by the Operations Director, this role involves investigating and resolving complaints while ensuring smooth coordination between MSH and DFA members.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance to members, addressing inquiries on policy benefits and claims, and compiling weekly complaint statistics.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or the insurance industry is preferred. Familiarity with expatriation is a plus.
