Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Advocate to represent customer needs, resolve inquiries, and improve satisfaction across phone, email, and chat channels. The role involves managing incoming requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, documenting cases in the CRM, escalating complex matters when appropriate, and gathering feedback to drive service enhancements.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM systems.
