Job Description

Join Fusion BPO Services as a Thai-speaking Customer Service Associate! In this role, you will maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and chat, documenting transactions in our web-based CRM, and effectively resolving customer complaints.

You will also perform necessary outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and escalate complex concerns when needed. Track your performance through our employee portal to ensure you’re meeting personal KPIs.
