Job Description
Elevated Plus Inc. seeks a project-based, full-time Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English for an on-site role in Makati City. Candidates with BPO experience are preferred. The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent verbal communication in both languages, strong organizational skills, and availability to work United States hours.
- Handle incoming calls, video calls, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Accurately record and maintain customer information in the database.
- Follow established communication procedures and company policies.
- Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Makati prior to start.
Compensation: Php50,00 per month. Work location: in person.
