Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Manage the complete customer and employee support life cycle.
● Provide administrative reception and L1/L2 customer support (phone, email, messaging).
● Configure customer hardware and software.
● Train customers remotely and on-site.
● Set up and maintain a complete laboratory environment.
● Write and maintain testing scenarios and procedures.
● Train employees and administer essential office hardware, networking, and productivity apps.
Technical Requirements:
● 1 year of experience with home automation systems.
● Proficient in networking and configuration (routers, switches, VLAN).
● Familiar with Microsoft Office/365, Google Workspace, and field service management systems.
