Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Manage the complete customer and internal employee support life cycle.
● Provide administrative reception and L1 customer support via phone, email, and messaging.
● Train employees and maintain essential office hardware and productivity applications.
● Schedule customer engagements and internal training events.
● Manage social media posts and commentary.
Technical Requirements:
● Technically savvy with computers and home automation devices.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and Gmail.
● Basic customer support knowledge within 60 days.
● Experience with CCTV, card access, and VoIP systems.
