Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Experience in the Aircraft Line and/or Base Maintenance Industry is a plus.
- Strong business analysis and judgment skills; ability to translate results into solutions.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-value solutions to operational problems and drive process improvements.
- Review and implement technologies to enhance business processes.
- Engage senior management on strategic activities for growth.
