Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer (Voice), you will ensure excellent service to customers, handling inquiries via phone with efficiency and care.
Responsibilities:
- Escalate issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
- Submit reports regarding inquiries and requests.
- Comply with company policies to meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Contact Center experience preferred; banking experience is a plus.
