Job Description

Radix HR is urgently hiring for the position of Construction Cost Estimator. This is a Full-time, On-site job located in San Pedro, Laguna. Interested applicants are encouraged to prepare their updated CVs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in cost analysis for construction projects.
• Strong background in construction, especially fit-outs and ground-zero projects.
• Excellent budgeting skills to minimize costs and maximize profits.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Technical skills with estimation software preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work onsite.
