Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is currently seeking a talented Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for employees with various HR-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication flow.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing global employee relations inquiries and maintaining precise HR data.
- Supporting HR programs aimed at improving the employee experience.
- Ensuring the consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services.
- Exceptional communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
