Job Description
Delectable Feast Corporation is seeking a full-time Compensation and Benefits Officer based in President Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque. This hybrid position requires 50% work-from-home. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or an equivalent field, and be people-oriented, results-driven, and proficient with HR systems.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
- Calculate take-home pay and statutory benefits; prepare payslips
- Address wage and attendance inquiries; manage leaves and status changes
- Investigate payroll discrepancies and perform general HR administrative tasks
Salary starts at PHP 18,070 per month. Benefits include a company Christmas gift, flexible schedule and flextime, free parking, and designated WFH days.
