Job Description
Monde Nissin Corporation is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Assistant to administer various People Services programs and initiatives. This role involves managing Payroll/Salary administration, Employee Services, and compliance with government-mandated programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and planning skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 1-year experience in Payroll/Compensation Administration is preferred. This position is based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay starts at Php 17,00.00 per month, with benefits including free parking and staff meals. Additional compensation includes a 13th-month salary and overtime pay. Day shift schedule.
