Job Description
Accenture is on the lookout for a skilled Communications Analyst to strengthen the communication capabilities within our Operations team. This position will be primarily responsible for creating training programs, identifying performance gaps, and providing coaching to staff members. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in Service Delivery or Customer Service, with a strong emphasis on communication coaching. This role operates during the night shift, with weekends off, and is located at Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2.
