Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY: Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Collection Specialist who will contact customers to collect outstanding debts and ensure timely account resolutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong drive for results.
SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (Philippine holidays)
POSITION TYPE: Full Time | WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3 years experience in collections or customer service (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with collection software
