Job Description

ProntoDigital LLC is seeking an experienced Cold Caller from the Philippines to join our staffing and recruitment business. This position begins with an 8-hour trial to assess your call volume and lead generation skills. A permanent role will follow based on your performance.

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients and explain our services.
• Generate and qualify leads for conversion.
• Occasionally reach out to candidates regarding job opportunities.
• Track call outcomes and provide updates.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years in sales/cold calling with excellent communication skills.

Compensation: Php230.00 – Php350.00 per hour plus commission.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week.
