Job Description

Bean Block Ventures, Inc. is thrilled to announce a job opening for a Coffee Shop Barista. We welcome applicants who are high school graduates, SH graduates, or vocational school graduates, with or without experience.

Candidates should be eager to learn about coffee’s history, roasting, brewing, and extraction. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing inquiries, accepting orders and payments, keeping workstations clean, monitoring inventory, and preparing beverages.

This full-time position offers a salary between Php 16,00.00 – Php 17,00.00 per month, with additional benefits such as a 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and tips.
