Job Description
XISCO is in search of a committed and knowledgeable Cluster Team Lead to manage the daily operations of various teams within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing team performance while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Essential duties involve monitoring performance metrics, collaborating closely with team leaders, and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management and have prior experience as a Plant Supervisor.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from Php25,00.00 to Php30,00.00, along with health insurance and a 13th-month salary.
