Job Description

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an exceptional Club Host to provide fast, friendly, and efficient personalized service to our guests. You will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s executive floors, handle the check-in and check-out of guests, and occasionally provide butler service for those in the Grand Club. Additionally, you will work at the Grand Club Lounge, offering great food and beverages in a relaxed and exclusive setting.

Ideal candidates should have experience in a similar role, a diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management, strong customer relations skills, refined communication abilities, and familiarity with the OPERA system.
