Job Description
Job Summary: A Clinical Supervisor oversees the work of less experienced clinical staff, providing mentorship and skill development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure high ethical and professional standards in the medical facility.
- Counsel and train newly hired clinical staff.
- Support clinical staff in patient care.
- Monitor resource use for staffing needs.
- Inspect facilities to enhance patient safety.
- Ensure accurate notation of patients’ electronic health records.
Job Specification: Graduate of any four-year medical related course. Skills required: computer literacy, teamwork, strong communication.
Pay: Php 15,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month
