Job Description
HENEDROIT INC. is seeking a motivated Client Services Administrator with expertise in various administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess experience in:
- ASIC registrations for Company, Trust, ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYG
- Generating ATO reports and managing payment plans
- XPM for ledger setup and ongoing client maintenance
- NOW INFINITY and CAS 360 for entity profile monitoring
- Effective client communication and record management
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Executive assistant tasks, including scheduling and meeting coordination
