Job Description

CS-PAC Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Messaging Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting research on Indeed and LinkedIn
• Messaging leads on the client’s behalf to schedule calls using a script
• Confirming meetings for the Account Coordination (AC) team via Gmail & LinkedIn
• Endorsing other users on LinkedIn
• Engaging with upcoming meetings for the AC team
• Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed for the AC team
