Job Description
Shopee is seeking a talented Claims & Recovery Lead to enhance our Operations team in Manila, Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will manage the Return to Shipper/Seller process, ensuring compliance with our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial for managing claims and ensuring the timely dispatch of parcels.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related fields, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, or logistics. Exceptional attention to detail, strong data management capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications are required for success in this role.
