• Graduate of any vocational or 4-year course
• At least 3 years of experience in Fine or Casual dining
• Knowledgeable in Food Costing, Kitchen Operations, and People Management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Stocks Forecasting and PAR Stocking
• Experienced in Daily/Weekly/Monthly Inventories
• Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga (Hotel Stotsenberg)
• Can start ASAP and work Morning/Night Shifts
