Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila, a premier hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial district, is seeking a passionate Chef De Cuisine for our All Day Dining outlet. In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage, and contributing to menu planning and design.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in luxury restaurants or 5-star hotels. A self-starter who loves to interact with people, remains detail-oriented, and embraces creativity in culinary arts is ideal. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
