Job Description
We invite you to become a pivotal member of our Operations team at Shopee in Manila, Philippines, where you will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience of our Chatbot. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions, analyze user experiences, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and work closely with stakeholders to identify risks and dependencies. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in management engineering, industrial engineering, or business who possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with a preference for those familiar with AI or programming.
