Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro is actively seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services through chat and email.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and efficiently resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications: Candidates must be high school graduates. No previous BPO experience is required, but strong written English skills and a good typing speed are essential.
