Job Description

Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO in Makati as a Chat Support Specialist! Your key responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Needed Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
• Good Communication Skills
• 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or a College graduate without BPO experience
