Job Description
Join our team at Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as a Chat Support Specialist! We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills. High school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction regarding products, services, and account management. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay range of Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00.
