Job Description

Yolo Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service via online chat. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements include:

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in BPO.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency with Customer Support software.
• Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
