Job Description
Orbit – Teleservices is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with promptness and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include delivering accurate product and service information, as well as efficiently resolving customer complaints.
Work Schedule: Weekdays, with weekends off.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with a friendly demeanor, excellent English communication skills, computer literacy, and a diploma. This position requires onsite work and adherence to a shifting schedule.
