Job Description
We have various accounts available:
Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customer needs with company products and services.
- Influence and recover from objections to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
