Job Description

ORT HIRES is looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our team as Chat Support Agents. In this role, you will manage calls related to hotel reservations, assist with bookings, and address various customer inquiries.

No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residency status. A high school diploma is required, and candidates must be available to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
