Job Description

Orbit Career Center is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Chat Support Agents. If you are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Must be able to attend an onsite interview
• Conversant in English
• Amenable to working onsite
• BPO experience is a plus
• Good typing skills
• Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
• 18 years old and above
• At least a high school graduate

Nice to have (Optional): Proven customer service experience in a call center or support environment.
