Job Description
SapientBPO in Makati is seeking a motivated Chat & Email Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted) or college graduate.
Salary: Php 18,00.00 – Php 27,00.00 per month
