Job Description
RC is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Chat & Email Support Representatives. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment and excellent typing skills, achieving at least 40 words per minute. Availability for a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays, is essential. We seek individuals who exhibit patience, empathy, and effective stress management. Strong writing, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills are critical, along with the ability to adapt to challenging situations and solve problems efficiently.
This is a full-time opportunity suitable for recent graduates, offered with a competitive salary ranging from Php 23,00.00 to Php 26,00.00 per month, including paid training. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
