We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. You will provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies, while efficiently resolving any customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements: Must possess a friendly and communicative demeanor, proficiency in computers and phones, and be a Filipino citizen or resident. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Candidates should be willing to work onsite and be available for shift schedules. Strong verbal and listening skills in English are preferred.
