Teleservices Jobs is seeking a dedicated Chat Assistant to become a valuable member of our team in Metro Manila!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residency status.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required (College or Vocational preferred).
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
Compensation: Php 18,00.00 – Php 24,892.00/month
