Job Description
SGS – Sapient Careers is excited to announce openings for Call Center Agents at our Metro Manila locations. Enjoy a competitive salary of up to Php 28,00 monthly, along with a Php 30,00 sign-on bonus! Prior BPO experience is not required.
As a Chat and Email Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries.
- Escalating complex issues while ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Providing alternative solutions to retain customers.
- Adhering to customer privacy policies diligently.
This is a full-time position with a pay of up to Php 28,00/month. Enjoy additional benefits including extra leave, complimentary parking, paid training, and a raise in salary.
